A Course in Self discovery and Empowerment

I studied for seven years in an Ashram, and have been a practitioner of the skills you will learn for more than 20 years. With my training and experience, I will guide you through every step of the process - from deepening your connection to your body, learning to know your mind and its amazing powers, using fundamental and lifelong techniques such as the breath, and you will receive a mantra linked to established tradition. This course will bust myths and address unhelpful assumptions about meditation (yes, you are allowed to have thoughts!) and empower you to use the techniques to understand the laws of your inner world, and build habits of happiness and joy. My courses are grounded and practical, yet broad in their embodiment of the uniquely empowering non-dual philosophy of life. Simply, you are nothing but the pure radiance of awareness - complete, secure, peaceful, and empowered.

 

This course is suitable and appropriate for everyone — I have delivered it in Ashrams, yoga studios, law firms, counsel offices, and various other public spaces. If you have thoughts and feelings, this course will be of benefit! ;-)
