Orientation Meditation

This is a great place to begin with a practice designed to help you become more intimate with your inner world. It's also a great sleep aid! If you are just beginning your journey working with me, this is where you begin.

Inner World Introduction

This was recorded live in my Learn to Meditate Course. It's a great way to journey through the inner experience!

Grounding in Wisdom

Here we explore moving deeper into the inner experience to connect to our inner guidance and wisdom, helping to inform us as in navigating our lives.

Sensing the Body

This practice guides us through approaching the body and experience to help digest energy, leading to increased clarity and resilience.

Feeling the Body

Similar to the previous meditation, here we approach the body and experience in a slightly different way, to give another perspective on our sensations and experiences.

Melting the Mind

This meditation is one I spontaneously came up with early in my personal spiritual journey. It is a great way to bring the mind and heart into harmony.

Digesting Emotions

Separating our experience from our thoughts about our experiences can be very tricky. This meditation helps to bring our focus into our somatic experience, separate from our minds stories.

Body Awareness

The body has an infinite capacity to transform the energies associated with our lives. This meditation focuses on facilitating our ability to access that power of transformation.

Sitting with Parts

This meditation is inspired by my work as an Internal Family Systems informed therapist. This is a fantastic meditation to help you become more familiar with the various Part of your psyche, and begin integrating them.

Self Love Meditation

In this meditation, we go deeper into Self-compassion and Self-love - especially for the unpleasant and uncomfortable aspects of ourselves. This is a great practice for relieving mental-emotional tension.

Stilling the Gaze

This practice uses the gaze of the eye. When agitated, our eyes tend to scan the environment. We can use this short 2 minute practice of holding the gaze steady as a way to help calm our nervous system.

Daily Fire Meditation

This meditation uses the imagery and feeling of a cool flame to burn tension and unhelpful beliefs and attitudes, leading to feeling clear and grounded.
