Learn to Meditate Course
Learn to Meditate starts Thursday 14 January 2027
For seven years I lived in an ashram, studying non-dual philosophy and practising every day. In this course I teach the most practical methods from that time. Some come straight from non-dual philosophy, others from more traditional practices like breath and mantra.
The Learn to Meditate course runs over five consecutive weeks, and is open to everyone, whatever your experience: complete beginners and long-time practitioners are equally welcome.

Learn to Meditate: a course in self-discovery

The Secret of Mantra

The Law of Power and Peace
What we give our attention to each day, and the assumptions that keep contentment out of reach.
